Where we get personal information from
We collect this information directly from you, either through the completion of the booking form, client enrollment form or through you signing up to receive our newsletter.
How long we keep your information
If you are a client receiving services, we retain your information for eight years following your last session. After this time your health information will be deleted. Names are anonymised in order to maintain data regarding numbers of people accessing services.

Data Processors:
Microsoft products are used for the digital storage of client enrollment forms, class attendance and progression cards.
Breely Scheduling is used to schedule appointments and collects personal information as described above.
